Leadership is demanding—and sustaining it requires ongoing growth, not a one-time workshop. This 52-lesson training provides short, practical lessons you can apply right away, whether you move through it steadily week-by-week or choose to complete it more quickly.

How it Works

Use the training individually to strengthen your own leadership practice, or bring it into weekly huddles to guide group development and shared learning among your leadership team.

This leadership track includes four sections—all CE-approved. At the end of each section, you will complete a brief evaluation. After submitting it, your accredited CE certificate for your discipline will be automatically issued through CMETracker, where you can download or save it at any time. Attendance certificates are also available.
