Burnout doesn’t disappear in five weeks. Full recovery takes time—often years. There’s no shortcut. But there is a way to start. This Personal Recovery Kickstart is built to give you structure, clarity, and real momentum in the earliest steps of recovery.

How It Works

Go at your own pace. You can follow the daily rhythm of five short lessons each week, or move through the Kickstart more quickly if you’re ready.

The lessons build on each other intentionally—helping you shift out of survival mode, interrupt burnout patterns, and stabilize the emotional, cognitive, and physical strain you’ve been carrying.

Throughout the Kickstart, you’ll also have access to tools and resources for instant download and use. These PDFs and books let you explore the topics that matter most to your recovery.

Certificates and Documentation

At the end of the Kickstart, you can complete a brief evaluation to receive your accredited certificate for your discipline.
Your accredited certificates will be issued automatically through CMETracker after you finish the required evaluation for each section. Attendance certificates are also available.

This isn’t about fixing burnout in a month—it’s about getting unstuck, reclaiming some breathing room, and finding a clear path forward.

Every month, we come together for a live group coaching call. Our sessions are supportive, practical discussions designed to help you and your peers overcome burnout and build healthier teams.

It starts with a brief discussion kickoff from Patrick Riecke, often inspired by topics submitted by you. From there, we open up the floor for shared insights, strategies, and encouragement.

You’ll receive a personal email invitation from Patrick before each session as a reminder to join the conversation and a chance to stay connected, supported, and engaged.
