A National Invitation to Support Healthcare Wellbeing

Burnout continues to impact healthcare workers at every level. It affects wellbeing, patient care, and the long-term sustainability of the profession.

The One Million Healthcare Workers Initiative was created to address this challenge by expanding access to education that goes beyond awareness and into real-world tools that help healthcare workers:

• recognize burnout symptoms
• protect energy and wellbeing
• navigate recovery
• lead in psychologically safe ways

Through partnerships with professional associations, healthcare workers are invited to access these resources in a trusted, accessible way.

Built on Accredited, Trusted Education

All courses offered through this initiative are provided through The Burnout Hub, an on-demand education platform created by healthcare leaders and educators.

Courses are approved for ANCC continuing education credit, CME, and a variety of other disciplines ensuring:

• educational quality and rigor
• relevance to healthcare environments
• practical, real-world application

This is not generic wellness content. It is accredited education designed specifically for healthcare professionals, by a former healthcare leader and burnout survivor.

Why Professional Associations Matter

Professional associations play a vital role in supporting education, wellbeing, and professional sustainability.

By participating in this initiative, associations are able to:

• offer a meaningful member benefit at no cost to the organization
• support workforce wellbeing and retention
• provide access to accredited burnout education
• join a national effort addressing one of healthcare’s most pressing challenges

Participation is designed to be simple, flexible, and low-burden.

How the Initiative Works

Participating associations may:

• share initiative resources with members via email, websites, or newsletters
• list The Burnout Hub as a burnout education resource or member benefit
• offer members access to discounted accredited courses
• optionally provide complimentary access through a flat-rate partnership model

There is very little administrative burden required to participate.

All resources will be provided.
